Daha önce Amasra’da bir cafe de olmuştu.
Dün yine Bartın’da yeni açılan bir cafe de çocuklarla oturalım dedik. Oğlum profiterollü
pasta yemek istedi. Bir süre sonra siparişlerimiz geldi. İlk lokmasını aldığında yüzünün şekli
değişti. “Sıcak bu!”.
Nedense
cafeler bu yöntemi tercih ediyorlar. Pasta diye getirdikleri donmuş pastalar. Hani şu bazı
marketlerde satılanlardan.
Isıtıp yenilen…
Oysa bir işletme
açmış, insanların hoş vakit geçirebilecekleri bir mekân yaratmışsınız. Böyle bir mekâna işinin ustası bir pastacı almak imkânsız olmamalı. Ya da temiz ve tercih edilen bir
pastane ile günlük pasta siparişi üzerinde anlaşılabilir.
Biraz
dinlenmek, biraz hoş vakit geçirmek istediğiniz yerde,
dondurulmuş gıda ile
ağırlanmak hiç tercih edilecek bir durum değil. Kaldı ki dondurulmuş gıdaların zararları biliniyorken! Çünkü sık sık elektriklerin kesildiği malum. Ve bir çok yerde jeneratör olmadığı da!!
Nihayetinde
artık oğlumda şunu anladı: mutfağı açık
olmayan bir işletmede pasta sipariş etmek
